Napa Roadshow Event Recap
At our first ever Napa Roadshow, we had a very specific goal in mind. Along with sharing information and interesting content, we wanted each person to take with them one thing that they could put to immediate use at their winery. Based on the feedback we've received, most people did just that!
Beyond Shipping Incentives: How to WOW Customers
At the Napa Roadshow, Jim Agger gave a talk about the top 20% of wineries selling DTC and how they got to be in the top 20%. Offering shipping incentives certainly is a proven strategy used by this group. Beyond incentives, there are other things you should be doing now to WOW your customers.
As ecommerce sales continue to rise, managing inventory can be more challenging than ever before. As online winery sales increase, so do the demands of managing inventory effectively.
Since we originally published this paper in 2014, there have been two more states that have been added to the ranks of allowed states for DTC. As a result, we've updated the White Paper.
